2、臺灣拔大陸的號碼是999 再拔分機號碼；臺灣拔大陸的外線是3086+號碼
3、大陸拔臺灣的號碼是888 再拔分機號碼；
設(shè)置臺灣到大陸的撥號方式：

1. 999x 4-6 0 192.168.10.8
2. 3086x 5-20 0 192.168.10.8
outbound 意思只要有999的拔號 將 被本地VOIP送到大陸的VOIP ，大陸的VOIP 將匹配本地拔號，送出去。
設(shè)置臺灣本地的
